Pokemon of the month: Manectric.
basically I am currently obessed with Pokemon and Megaman EXE, when I saw that it was Manectric's spotlight I'm like "hey I should draw Elecman EXE with this little cute as his buddy." So I skipped over the picture I was currently working on and drew this little doodle.
