Nothing better to try than realism

  • Playing: my NEW boom box
  • Eating: no idea, something with chicken

Okay so right now I am busy working on my Bio study guide for tommorrow's test. Yay me....

As well, if I'm taking art as a major in college then I'm going to have to struggle with realism. So it's balancing with both manga/anime and realism.

Right now I'm working on a sketch of Ana/ Black Spade using my own picture as a refrence. I got a new book on how to draw. It's really useful but it doesn't give the base lines on how to sketch it out first. Instead I'm both relying on the book and some awesome tutorials on realism here on DA.

My future plans- using a reference photo of my little nephew as a picture for Ranger/ Red Diamond, Ana's little brother. As well I decided to change Nana, their dog, to Husky/Alaskan malamute.
